Q: What is acceptable attire for the Events and Award Reception?
A: Anything gorgeous goes as long as all attire is family friendly. Get Image Ready reserves the right to approve all wardrobe selections.
Q: Are there special Room Rates Available at the Resort?
A: Absolutely! Simple mention "Get Image Ready" the day you make your reservation to receive the special single or double occupancy suite rate of only $159 + tax.
Q: Will there be food and beverage available for purchase the day of Photo Shoot?
A: Several of our photo shoot packages include a "Healthy U" approved Buffet Style Lunch at the on-site Rico's American Grill each day. Lunches include choice of beverage and gratuity. If lunch is not included in your selected package, you may pre-purchase your lunch here for $17.50
Q: Will there be Parking nearby?
A: Yes! Complimentary Event Parking is available on-site.
Q: May I pay cash at the door?
A: Yes, we will accept cash and money orders at the door, however our events have limited space and pre-payment online is the only way for us to guarantee you a spot.
Q: How long will it be before my registration is confirmed and my tickets are shipped?
A: No actual ticket is shipped. You will receive an electronic Eventbrite ticket via email verifying your registration purchase.
Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email or accidentally deleted it. Do I need it to attend?
A: If you typed in your email correctly, you should receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk or spam email folder. Although we do not require you bring confirmation at time of check-in, we strongly recommend it.
Q: Who can participate in the Photo Shoot & Talent Search?
A: Get Image Ready is a wholesome community platform serving talent of all ages, however all registries under 16 must be registered and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Photo I.d.s will be check at the door.
Q: Is My Registration Purchase Tax Deductible?
A: Tax Deductible Donation Receipts for your donation portion will be available by request at each event.
Q: I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A: All Registration and Ticket purchases are final. No refunds. No partial refunds.
Q: Is it necessary to attend the Red Carpet Award Reception Event to Win?
A: Your attendance is not necessary to win. However we hope that you will join us! They are open house style and include a 3 course dinner, raffles & special evening incentives. Entertainment will vary by location but all will include Commemorative Event Slideshow, “Get Image Ready’s Next Face & Next Photographer ” Winner Announcement, meet-and-greet with Magazine Publishers, Editors, Local Media, Sponsors, the Luv Shack Ranch Horse Rescue team and additional Spotlight Charities benefiting from our Events.

Q: May I bring a guest to the Photo Shoot who hasn't Registered?
A: We allow registries to bring one guest. Guest may accompany but not participate in any of the services or photo shoots.
Q: How will I receive my photos?
A: A link for viewing and downloading your images will be delivered to your email account within 4-6 weeks of the Photo Shoot date.
Q: Will there be raffles at the Photo shoot and Awards Reception events?
A: Absolutely! We have collected some fabulous items. 100% of the proceeds from raffles will benefit the Luv Shack Ranch Horse Rescue so we hope you will share the Luv!
Q: Do I have to be present to win a raffle prize?
A: No. Just write your phone and/or email on raffle ticket CLEARLY and the Luv Shack Ranch Horse Rescue will contact you if you win. All Prizes must be claimed within 30 days
Q: Do I need to tip on my hair, make-up or brow touch-up services?
A: Not required but ABSOLUTELY appreciated!
Q: What if I would like more than a touch-up and require full hair and/or make-up services?
A: The following Menu of Hair & Make-up Services is available for cash the day of the event to include:
